Sheraton Denarau Villas

The three bedroom villa was perfect for our family holiday, with grandparents, adult children and grandchild. Loved the food, really pleased we purchased the all inclusive meals and drink package which saved us heaps of money and was good value. Pools great.

The pools were great, kids very much enjoyed them, breakfast selection was great, however some of the food was undercooked at times and the coffees were always wrong, we would always order the coffees when we first arrived and most times they would get to our table at the end of breakfast or we would lave without them. Dinner was ok at Sixty Nine, Tatavu dinner wasn't the best and the waters edge was good, however, we found one staff member seemed upset about something, it could have been our children were making too much noise. Most of the staff were amazing, Bar tender at the Waters Edge pool bar was the best, our room attendant Oripa was the best, she made our stay so great, she would chat to our kids, was very kind and went over and above in our room, we always came back to it being fresh and clean/ tidy.

All of it was more than adequate. Although I noticed signs of ageing with the property. The sunbeds around the pools adjacent to the villa were shabby, some broken and all in need of a good clean. But the pools were fabulous, .

Staff were all very attentive. We arrived early and as the room wasn't ready they shuttled us to a Day Spa to get changed and ready for a day by the Pool. We also received early check in. All staff are very friendly and helpful and always acknowledge you when you're nearby or passing by. Our daughter has Diabetes and fainted and the staff all helped take care of her, called the Doctor and provided all the care we needed. We were already checked out of our Room for the day and were having a Pool day before our flight that evening, but the Hotel put us into a room to make hot easier to care for her. We are definitely coming back and have already booked!

We absolutely loved the staff at Sheraton, everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to love working there. By far the nicest lobby of all the hotels in the area and always a friendly face everywhere we went. The food at the buffet had so much variety we were spoilt for choice and loved that it changed theme every night. Pools were beautiful and the resort is always in such pristine condition every where you go! We loved the swim up bar at wet edge with amazing strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas! Also highly recommend the heavenly spa for a massage, this place was truly heavenly and having a massage with sounds of chirping birds and with beautiful lily pond, it was the perfect place to relax. We had the best time, thank you Sheraton!
